Olive Oil & Epsom Salt Liver Cleanse
Before doing this cleanse you should be sure your bowel is clean and your digestive system is working efficiently. This can be done with combination of eating healthy, colonics, enemas and fasting the week before. If you have never done any cleansing before and jump into this, it is likely you will feel quite ill when the toxins are loosened because if the colon is plugged up the material can not be eliminated efficiently.
2-4 Tablespoons Epsom Salt1
100 Gel capsules, size Zero (0) or larger (Easier way to take Epsom Salts, packing into capsules, split into 3 portions.)
3 cups water
1 large grapefruit
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 I find that 2 Tablespoons of Epsom salts gives me effective cleansing result and I recover much faster than if I take 4 Tablespoons. The only way to know for sure how much to take requires experimentation. If you use too little you may not get a good result and if you use too much you can feel quite ill. I think women should use less and men more.
For the day of the liver cleanse eat no fat for entire day as this helps build up bile pressure. For breakfast and lunch have things such as cooked cereal, fruit, toast, baked potatoe or other vegetables with salt only. No butter, milk or fats as this helps build up bile pressure.
