Poem: Who wants to look into a bright mirror?

god-in-nature

Who wants to look into a bright mirror?

In every being I see, my face is being reflected back to me.
My face is your face and your face is mine.
Every being can be my teacher, a mirror to see myself.

Looking around, I notice some mirrors are better reflectors.
The more awareness they have, the cleaner their mirror
and better ability to show me what I need to drop.

Light meeting light, an interesting idea…
But who is truly courageous to look into a bright mirror
and will be happy to discover dirty spots that need removal?

Light meeting light, working together for our common self
agreeing to reflect for one another as the first goal
to polish away each others darkness and be brighter mirrors.
