I have been reading Tarot cards for around 15 years. My main use of Tarot has been for self-reflection, so mainly I do readings for myself. I've went through most of the phases with the cards, including getting sucked into reading them to make any decision. I'm past that now, and generally do a reading when there is something that comes up that I'm not clear about.

In the works is a project of mine to make my own deck. I've always felt that all the decks just don't quite tell it the way that I see the cards, and so I feel the need to express that through a deck.
