My father, who passed away many years, had a gift for healing. I didn’t really think too much about it when I was younger and was probably even a bit skeptical back then. In more recent times I’ve been drawn to Kundalini Yoga and I’m enjoying where this seems to be taking me.
I don’t know if this means anything but I felt an urge to replicate your hand posture while watching…so that’s what I did. It just felt like the right thing for me to do, I can’t explain.
I sense that I will re-visit your video, there is more for me to absorb.
I could feel myself rocking ever so slightly from side to side and kind of like glowing feeling that disappeared when the session ended. It felt great!
